Job Description

Executive assistant with experience in calendar management, handling CEO travel management other activities
Organize and maintain the executive schedules and assist them by performing a variety of administrative tasks.
Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
Manage and setup meeting and Take minutes during meetings.
Format information for internal and external. communication memos, emails, presentations, reports
Monitor office supplies and housekeeping
Ensure that all office supplies needs are met by Coordinating with vendors for supply of services required on a daily, weekly & monthly basis
The Single point of contact for all administrative issues (Housekeeping, Cabs, Vendor services, etc)
Participate in identifying strategic steps for better office administration & vendor management
